云母加热器以云母板（片）为骨架和绝缘层，辅以镀锌板或不锈钢板作支持保护，可做成板状、片状、圆柱状、圆锥状、筒状、圆圈状等各种型状的加热器件。云母加热器广泛用于家电、冶金、化工、塑料加工、电器行业的加热。云母加热器耐温高达600℃。
云母加热器设计及定制
1)用户应提供云母加热器的尺寸图纸或样品，如无图纸或样品，必须提供产品的规格尺寸、电压、功率以及特殊要求等。
2)云母加热器表面承受功率为3.5瓦/平方厘米。
3)云母加热器外壳保护材质一般为不锈钢材质。

结构
云母加热器采用Ni80Cr20电阻丝缠绕在云母绝缘片上，整个加热体重量轻、体积小。金属外壳采用不锈钢板或镀铝钢板制作。

1.插头式接线(最大20A)；
2.接线盒式接线(可多相固定连接)；
3.高温线引出式接线(屏蔽耐热纯镍导线)。

Structure
